- If need be, the Resident will be referred to a specialist or an outside hospital by the Medical Officer.

- On such situations, the services by the attendants of the Residency will be made available on payment.

- Cancellation of appointments fixed with specialists, will attract consultation charges, which will be debited to the account of the Resident.
