Booking of tickets to travel by Air, Bus or Train can be arranged on payment of service charges.

- Rental car facilities both A/c and Non A/c are available on advance booking and payment, subject to availability

- The Booking will be on first – come – first served basis,on advance written request.

- Instant demand/request cannot be considered except on emergencies.

- Request for a particular vehicle or driver is always not possible.

- Car booking is allowed on individual's name only. The other Residents can share the car and the charges amongst themselves. No group booking is possible. Whenever the Residency car is not available, outside vehicles from travel Agencies will be arranged. The charges will be as billed by such agency and the Residency will not intervene in fixing up such charges.

- The Residency owns Auto Rickshaw facility for commuting up to Perungalathur / Tambaram, on payment.

- The management is taking all the efforts to increase the fleet strength, for the convenience of the Residents.

Operation of Own and Travel Vehicles – Restriction

- No outside rental vehicle neither auto rickshaw nor four wheeler - both arranged by the Resident or by the Residency will be permitted within the Residency campus beyond the Front office gate. These vehicles are to be parked only outside the Front office gate. The Residents have to walk the distance up to the main gate bothways.

- On request and on payment the Drivers of own cars will be provided with Food in the Dinning Hall III during the prescribed timings.

- No Residents can own a car within the Residency.
