S.S.M. Residency – 'Subhashraya' – was started on 30th April 2006, with 16 Residents and 18 staff members. Today there are 271 Residents and 250 employees. Shortly the Residency will have an optimum occupancy of 360 Residents.

The Residency in a vast area of 15 acres of land has all the World Class facilities with state-of-art comforts. With all humility we wish to submit that our Residency has been recognized worldwide as a peaceful place for honourable living of senior citizens.

We are blessed to have the most co-operative Residents in the age group of 60 to 100, majority of them are hale and healthy and a few are in the twilight zone of their life. But for their continued patronization and blessings, we would not have been what we are today. We earnestly salute all the Residents and their kith and kin to have reposed such an enormous confidence on us. We assure that we will continue to serve the elders with utmost love and affection. Their comfort, honour and peaceful living alone are our aim and goal.

We are fortunate to have a dedicated team of employees. With the unstinting support of our staff, we could improve the standards of service, to our Residents.

We solicit the cooperation of all in our endeavour to serve the elders with love and affection. We are sure that late Smt. Sundaravalli, beloved mother of our Founder and Managing Trustee, will shower her blessings from Heaven to continue our service to humanity.

The Management, Staff and Residents, seek the blessings of Sri. Thiruvengadamudayan, Sri. Gayathridevi and Sri. Vaidyanathaswamy the Presiding Deities of our temples, to lead a life of contentment.
