- The Residents can be away from the Residency with proper and prior intimation for a short duration. In the case of continuous absence beyond 30 days, 50% concession, only on the fixed monthly charges can be allowed. No concession is possible in other fixed charges.

- This concession can be availed on written request for a maximum period of 90 days in each financial year – April to March and not to be accumulated for subsequent years.
