- The Blood, sputum, urine and motion tests can be carried out by collecting samples and testing in Laboratories.

- For certain specified test, the patient will be moved to Diagnosis Centers as per the advice of the Medical Officer.

- The Residency cannot be held responsible for any error in the Lab reports.
