The Kitchen in an area of 4500sq.ft is equipped with the latest gadgets maintained
with utmost hygiene. It is administered by an Administrative Officer and Headcook
with supporting staff.
All materials such as Provision, Vegetables, Milk etc. are purchased in wholesale
and of the best quality available in the market. The materials are dried and cleaned
before use.
The Kitchen starts functioning at 4.00 a.m. in the morning and closes at 10.00 p.m.
The R.O. water is used for all cooking purposes.
Major items of cooking wherever possible are done through steam cooking. The staff
are professionally well trained in the respective area of their work.
