- The Residency is the immediate guardian of all the Residents.

- Outside Physician or Physiotherapist cannot be allowed within the Residency for privatized treatment. The Medical Officer of the Residency will be the final deciding authority on such matters. There should not be any ambiguity on this issue.

- There are Doctors, who are also the Residents of the Residency. The consultation of any Resident with such Doctors who are the Residents of the Residency will also be treated as an outside consultation and will not have any bearing with the Residency or other follow up for further treatment.
