Whenever the Resident desires to vacate the Residency, he/she is required to inform in writing 30 days in advance.

Whenever a Resident vacates the Residency or ceases to be the Resident, a fixed charge as applicable shall be debited to his/her account. The same will be included in the last month bill or deducted from the caution deposit.
