The Residents who wish to compliment the staff by way of cash can do so only through the office and such payment will be accepted on acknowledgement. The total amount thus collected will be maintained under a separate head as “Staff Welfare Fund”.

The accumulated amount will be distributed amongst all the employees in a fixed proportion before Deepavali festival, every year along with the Management's contribution.
