In those cases of unfortunate event of demise of a resident, the process of settlement will be initiated
after the completion of rituals. The legal heir, kith and kin as per the nomination given by the
Resident in the application form shall take over all the belongings of the Resident, furnish
confirmation in writing for the same, settle all the outstanding dues to the Residency and vacate the
Residency in all aspects within a period of 15 days. The refund of caution deposit will be governed as
per provisions laid down, under the heading of Refund of Caution Deposit.
