- The prospective Resident can apply for accommodation in the prescribed application form
appended herein along with the cheque/DD drawn in favour of SSM Residency for the
prescribed Caution Deposit amount.

- Booking for a Units is always open but allotment is subject to availability.
|
- If there is no vacancy, the applicant's name will be in the wait list. Allotment will be made
whenever vacancy arises according to the seniority in the wait list, on first come first served
basis.

- The applicants

- shall visit the Residency and if satisfied of the services available as adequate, can
decide on booking the unit.
|
- must ensure that they comply with all the details sought for, in the application form as
they are all very relevant to every Resident.
|
- can have a trial stay if they so wish, before taking a decision subject to the availability
of unit and on payment.
|
- The date of occupation has to be confirmed in the application.
|
- Bookings are also open for occupation after long duration. Applicant desirous of seeking
booking for future years could book the same, provided they pay 50% of the prevailing
caution deposit along with the filled in application indicating the tentative year and month of
occupation. Other rules regarding regular booking would apply for these long term
bookings. The applicant must intimate in writing atleast 120 days in advance about their
date of occupation. The difference between the part of caution deposit paid and the
prevailing caution deposit on the date of occupation should be remitted along with the letter.

- The applicant can cancel the booking in writing and return the original receipt issued by the
Residency, on any day before occupation and the part of caution deposit paid will be
refunded immediately.
